OUR STORY

It started with a vintage Probat roaster that needed rebuilding. From there, we began helping local cafes with the same care and making sure their equipment could keep up with their craft. Today, we work with shops across the Mid South to source, repair, and maintain the tools that keep great coffee flowing.
